- Our products are made to order, in order to provide the best customer experience we start working on your order as soon as it’s confirmed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
- Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
- Only 1 discount code is allowed per order.
- I have a discount code but I forgot to add it to my order. Can the code be applied manually to my order after submitting my payment?
- Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to manually apply any discount codes.
- Where do you ship to?
- 87 Treasures ships anywhere within the continental U.S.
- How much will shipping cost?
- Once you have selected your preferred shipping option and provided your mailing address at checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated.
- I’ve placed my order, how long does it take to ship?
- All of our products are designed to order which means once your order is placed it can take about 3-5 days to design and prepare your order for shipping. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipping.
- How can I track my package once it’s been shipped?
- Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will include the tracking number for your package which will allow you to track your package with the shipping provider.
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- Being that each item is made to order, 87 Treasures does not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final sale.
